Test Version v1.0

The Agricultural Insect Barcode Initiative (ABI) is a specialized genomic resource designed to facilitate the identification and study of insect species impacting agriculture. By leveraging DNA barcoding technology—typically using standardized gene regions like COI (cytochrome c oxidase subunit I)—the database provides accurate, rapid, and efficient species-level identification. This tool supports critical applications such as pest monitoring, invasive species detection, biodiversity assessments, and integrated pest management (IPM).

Key Features:

• Insect DNA Barcode Database for Agricultural Ecosystems

• Upload and Annotation Analysis of Original Sequence Insect Species

• Data Visualization of Insect DNA Barcode Data in Agricultural Ecosystems

• Download of Analysis Results and Original Sequences

Data Sources:

The data for the five agroecosystems were derived from prior experimental studies conducted in our laboratory.
